CONSIGNMENT POLICY
 

 

       

  Our "private dealing" option allows for you to remain anonymous. The cost for this plan is $6.00 per item per 6 month period, plus an additional 10% of the final sale price ( this includes 3% paypal fees). We would mail the item directly to the buyer and pay you when the transaction is complete. There would be a 30 day waiting period before you would receive payment. This is to ensure that the buyer is satisfied with their purchase.

 

 

Personal Store:

 

      Have your very own page on ancientarrowheads.com! This option is ideal if you plan on refering people to the site to look at your items. With one click on the home page someone would be able to see all of your listings. The fee is $50 for setup and then the regular $6 for 6 months per item and 10% of the final sale price. We will keep your personal store updated  for as long as you have current listings (up to 100 Items).

 

Guarantee of Authenticity for Unpapered Items:

 

      When you consign with us, you are listing an authentic, ancient leagaly obtained artifact. It is our policy that items should be guaranteed by the seller. We would expect you to provide the customary 30 day full return policy for items that do not pass authenication.
 
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS for YOUR LISTINGS:

  • Submit one email for each arrowhead along with it's photo and information included to avoid any confusion.
    •        Make sure the picture of the artifact is clear and distinguishable, and has been saved as a ".jpg" file .
    • Include necassary information such as price, provenance, size, material, etc with each picture.
    • Please include photo as a picture "INSERTED" into your email instead of an attachment. We cannot copy a picture from an attachment.
